The treatment of personal data collected via this site is carried out in compliance with the Act of 8 December 1992 as modified by the Act of 11 December 1998 transposing EC Directive 95/46 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Belgian Official Gazette of 3 February 1999).

We only collect personal data via e-mail. An e-mail that is sent in order to get information may contain some identification data. We use those data for answering your message. They may also be registered in a users data base (e.g. to improve our marketing) to which the provisions of the privacy protection act apply : You have the right to consult and to modify your data or to have them removed. APT is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We do not sell, share, or transfer this information. We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting. In some cases that third party may receive your information. However, at all times, APT will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

We do not use cookies on our website either do we collect information for statistic purposes (e.g.: IP addresses, time of access to the site, type of browser used, ...).
